Refund policy
Every course opens with complete free lessons so you can judge the material before paying. Because of that, purchases are final, with the exceptions below.
Subscriptions
Cancel from your billing portal at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate partial periods.
Lifetime
Lifetime purchases are final once the plan has been used to open Pro material. If you bought Lifetime by mistake and have not opened a Pro lesson, email us within seven days and we will reverse it.
Something broken on our side is always refunded. A duplicate charge, a plan that did not activate, or a metered run that failed because of us is refunded in full as soon as we see it.
Metered credits
Unused credits stay usable for as long as your account is open. They are not refunded for cash, except where the law requires it.
How to ask
Email hello@example.com from the address on your account with the receipt from checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method within ten business days.
